    TERMS & CONDITIONS 條款和條件:                                                  

    1.  下單後,產品將會由KEG在3個工作天內寄出。                                                  

    訂單一旦被確認,恕未能取消訂單。如堅持取消訂單或無理由退貨一律須扣除3%行政費。         

    2.  產品將提供香港境內免費的速遞服務,客戶在購買產品後的三天內將透過E-mail收到KEG提供的物流訊息。如果三天內沒有收到訊息,請馬上聯絡客服。KEG客服電話: 60481697                      

    3.  產品的參數可能有約5%的誤差,產品圖片的顏色可能會因應不同的顯示設備有差異。        

    4.  本公司會為不涉及人為刻意破壞的品質問題產品提供換貨/維修服務,一般換貨/維修需3-21天(視爭損毀情況)。但請留意以下的注意事項,以保障您的權益 :                                                  

    i.   收貨後請立即檢查貨品,如有問題於7天內透過電郵通知我們(需附上損壞位置的相片) - 逾期恕不接受換貨;(KEG客服電郵: sales8@kegroup.com.hk / sales5@kegroup.com.hk)                            

    ii.  退換貨時,需與相關銷售單、包裝一同退換,如有損壞或遺失,恕不接受退貨。客戶需先與客服聯繫,以獲得送貨地址;                                                      

    iii. 客戶在寄回商品前應確保包裝完好,並向KEG客服提供物流追蹤信息,客戶必須購買運輸公司提供的運輸保險以保障客戶權益; (KEG客服電話: 60481697)                                                   

    iv. 如果經我們的專業珠寶人士確認發現珠寶有修改的痕跡或超出正常磨損,我們將保留拒絕提供退/換貨或收取維修費的權利;                                                  

    v.  將在維修前向顧客發送維修費用單,顧客有權拒絕。在顧客支付再次遞送和檢查費用後,產品將寄回給顧客。                                                       

    vi. 如有任何爭議, 本公司保留一切最終決定權。                                       

                                                           

    1. After the order is placed, order will be shipped by KEG within 3 working days. 3% administration charge will be incurred for any case of cancel order.                                                

    2. The product will provide delivery service for free within Hong Kong, and customer will receive the logistics tracking information through E-mail within three days after purchasing the product. If you do not receive the message within three days, please contact customer service immediately. KEG customer service hotline: 60481697                                                       

    3. The measurements such as weight, size etc. may have a deviation of above 5%. The color of the product picture may vary due to different display devices.                                                       

    4. The company will provide return/exchange services for the products with quality problems but does not involve deliberate destruction,                                                     

    please pay attention to the following precautions to protect your rights:                                                   

    i. Please check the goods immediately after receiving the goods. If there is any problem, notify us by email within 7 days (photo of the damaged part is required)-return/exchange will be accepted after 7 days of receipt date; KEG cs email: sales8@kegroup.com.hk / sales5@kegroup.com.hk                                 

    ii. Goods must be returned together with the relevant sales slip and packaging. Customer have to inform the customer service the tracking code as soon as possible. If the same are damaged or lost, no return is accepted. Customers need to contact customer service first to obtain the delivery address;                                                   

    iii. Before returning the goods, the customer should ensure that the packaging is intact and provide logistics tracking information to KEG customer service. The customer must purchase the transportation insurance provided by the transportation company to protect the customer's rights; KEG customer service hotline: 60481697                                                       

    iv. If there are signs of modification or out of normal wear and tear for repairing as confirmed by our professional jewelers, we will reserve the right not to provide returns/exchanges or to charge.                                               

    v. The repair fee will be sent to the customer before the repair, and customer has the right not to accept. After the customer pays for re-delivery and inspection, the product will be sent back to the customer after repairing.                                              

    vi. The organizer reserves the rights for final decision.
