表現: 此次介紹的Faustino I Gran Reserva則在法國及美國橡木桶陳年最少26個月，並且放在瓶中陳放最少３年。這一方法將Rioja當中的風土特色，完美融合橡木桶香氣。香氣帶有十分強烈黑加崙果香味，雲呢拿、香料、甘草香氣緊隨其後。入口後可以感受到酒體濃厚，入口順滑，單寧、酸度俱備。接著口腔感受到不周層次的香氣，果香(黑加崙、櫻桃)橡木桶香氣(雲呢拿、香料、甘草)以及陳年後特有的香氣(干果、朱古力等等)，餘韻綿長帶有回甘。整體而言，各方面元素都得到平衡，恰如其分，印象難忘。
