Hirataka Sake Brewery is located in Miyagi Prefecture, and is most widely known for Minggai Hidakami. The works produced are often honored in the National New Sake Appraisal Competition.
It has a soft and refreshing ginjo aroma, followed by a gradual build-up of umami, with a finish reminiscent of Hidaka's typical banana aroma, mild and lightly pungent.
