1). Wipe your fingers with alcohol sanitizer;2). Use a needle to prick your fingertips;3). Gently squeeze your fingertips;4). Use a test tube to draw 10ul of blood and then add to well of the test card;5). Add 1-2 drops of assay buffer into the well, if there is no liquid flow in the window within 5 seconds, add another drop of assay buffer.6). Start the timer. Leave the test at room temperature and read the results within 15 minutes. Don’t read result after 30 minutes.7). One group of assay buffer is enough for 25 people.
