Dried bonito, dried sardines, shiitake mushrooms and kelp are baked at a high temperature, are added to the Japanese ingredients. The savoury umami adds depth to the dishes. It is easy to use even in busy days that you can easily get delicious soup stock in a short time.

Katsuobushi (made in Japan), dried sardines, chin (flying fish), salt, starch decomposition products, shiitake mushrooms, kelp, yeast extract, powdered soy sauce, (some of which include wheat and soybeans)

Usage
Put the dashi pack in a pot containing 500 ml to 600 ml of water, boil over with medium heat for 5 minutes, then remove the dashi pack. You can also use it as a soup stock by tearing the pack.
