1. Before starting the test, rinse your mouth out with water. 2. Place the round head of the cassette under your tongue with the opening facing down for 2 minutes 3. After 2 minutes, take the cassette out and check if the two yellow lines located in the centre of the cassette have changed colour. If necessary , put the cassette back in your mouth to make sure both yellow lines are wet in order to change colour. 4. Put the cassette in the small envelope provided. Fill in the P4 envelope and information sheet(remember to entr your MRN number). Tehn place your small enveope and completed P4 sheet into big envelope and send it to eNano Health. 5. When the test results are ready, we will send an email to nitify you. Your test results will also he available through our app where you can log into your account and click"display report."
