1) Member may login his/her VIP account in the Rewards area of the website (www.bonjourhk.com/vip/eng) to redeem special gifts & coupons with valid bonus points.

2) After apply the redemption request, points will be deducted immediately. The redemption letter will be mailed to the above address within 14 -20 working days (except Sat, Sun & public holidays), please redeem the gifts & coupons according to the instructions in the redemption letter.

3) All gifts & coupons send out by first come, first served the form, while stocks last.

4) Before submit the redemption request, please ensure that the selected gifts & coupons and the required points are correct. Once the redemption request has been accepted by BONJOUR, it cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded.

5) Member should redeem the gifts & coupons according to the instructions of the redemption letter. If member has not been able to redeem in the designate period, the redemption will cancelled automatically, and the points also will be deducted in the VIP account.

6) When member redeem the gifts & coupons, member must carry his/her ID Card, redemption letter and the VIP Card for checkup, otherwise the redemption failed.

7) If member has not been able to redeem the gifts & coupons by oneself, may be authorized other people to redeem as agent for somebody else. The authorized people must carry the copy of member’s ID Card, member’s VIP Card, the authorized letter and the redemption letter for checkup, otherwise the redemption failed.

8) BONJOUR can according to the costs of the gifts & coupons to adjust points required of the same types of gifts & coupons at anytime.

9) BONJOUR Cosmetic Wholesale Center Ltd. reserves the final and ultimate right to make any changes to the above conditions without prior notice.
