offers simple online shopping procedures for the online shoppers. You
can enjoy online shopping at any time convenient to you. You simply
select your favorite product and press “Buy Now”
for your shopping cart. You may buy more products by pressing
“Continue Shopping". You just have to
proceed to payment by pressing “Check Out”. After
the payment process is completed, customer will receive a confirmation
notice (with a confirmation number) sent to you by email. |

Bonjour welcomes orders from overseas
customers. We provide delivery service to 47 overseas
countries, including China,
USA, Canada,
Australia and
countries in Europe.

Delivery
|
Local
Orders (for deliveries in Hong Kong)
For any online purchase up to or exceeding US$20.00, no
delivery charge will be borne; any online purchase below US$20.00, we
charge US$3.60 for delivery.
It will take 5-7 working days for delivering products to
the designated address (there may need one or two extra working days
for the remote area). The receiver should check and sign on the
delivery note as acknowledgement of receipt of the delivered product.
Time slot for local delivery :
09:00
hours to 18:00 hours
(Monday to Saturday)
(Delivery service will be temporarily suspended during
public holidays, typhoon period with No. 8 signal hoisted and
rainy days with Black Rainstorm Warning.)
If nobody is at the delivery address at the time of
delivery, a notice card would be left for you to re-arrange the
delivery. However, if there is nobody receiving the order
after two times of delivery, the order may be cancelled and we shall
charge the handling charge of US$3.60 from customer’s credit
card account.
Customers are required to provide with
“complete address” to avoid delay and involve extra
administration cost. Bonjour reserves the right to debit
customers of extra delivery cost if there is any delivery failure
caused in result of incomplete or wrong address provided by customers.
Overseas Orders (for deliveries to overseas countries)
For overseas shoppers, Bonjour E-shop offers two options
of delivery (courier and registered surface mail) for
customers’ selection. For customers from US and Canada,
courier delivery is highly recommended so as to avoid the long waiting
time. Please refer to Delivery Charges and Leadtime
Table.
The product price shown on the Bonjour E-Shop does not
include taxes or delivery charges. The delivery charges will
be separately shown on the delivery note of any confirmed
order.
(Delivery times may vary, particularly during Christmas,
Chinese New Year and holiday periods. We would however do our
best to process orders.)

Import Taxes
|
Deliveries to some countries may be subject to import
tax or duty. Bonjour is not responsible for any import tax
arising from online purchase from Bonjour E-Shop.
Customers have the right not to accept the delivered
products because of import tax issue. However, the handling
fee of US$32.00 or the actual amount of delivery fee (whichever is
higher) will be charged on customer account.
Customers should be aware of tax rules of the local
country before ordering online or should make enquiries to the local
authority or custom department about the details of import tax.

Customers can choose to settle by banking in,
telegraphic transfer or credit card (including VISA, MASTER, JCB,
DINERS CLUB, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVERY) via Paypal or
Moneybookers

Pay by Moneybookers.com - low cost and convenient!!!
You just need to register here in Moneybookers,
fund your account with the amount of your order +0,5 EUR (Moneybookers
charge) and pay it on our account:

Step 1: After placing your order in the store, register in Moneybookers
system.
Step 2: Please fund your account with amount of your order +0,5 EUR or
0,34 GBP (Moneybookers charge). The most common way to fund your
account is via bank transfer:
Go to: "My account" > "Upload funds" > choose "Bank
Transfer" > you will receive transaction ID number and all bank
details.
Now you should only send your money on mentioned account through bank
transfer or through internet bank. Money should appear on
your account during 1-3 days since the bank transfer has been made.
Step 3: As soon as the money is sent on your account by Moneybookers,
you will be notified by e-mail:
Go to: "Send money" > choose amount of your order > send
to: eshop@bonjourhk.com, typing the order number in the subject.
Attention: Payer's details should be the same as for the Moneybookers
registration, the payments made by third parties are not allowed, and
payments from the internet-banking account other than own are not
allowed. Only you are allowed to fund your Moneybookers account (legal
requirements in protection against money laundering).
The order will be sent as soon as we receive payment confirmation.
Attention: The order by "Bank Transfer" without
confirmation in 24 hrs will be cancelled!!!
Products and deliveries are charged at US Dollar.

Return Policy
|
| Due
to various reasons, customers may need to return products to us (i.e.
damaged, defective, or incorrect product) for an exchange of other
product. Customers should inform us by email within 7 days
after delivery. We shall email the “Product Return
Request Form” for your completion and return together with
the product. Any customer (including local or
overseas customers) who wants to return products to Bonjour should be
responsible for the delivery charge. If there is no receipt
of Product Return Request Form within 7 days after delivery, both
Bonjour and customer take the transaction as completed and Bonjour will
not hold any responsibility for any claim on the product. |

Bonjour E-Shop may refuse any purchase order or may
terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the site, without
notice, for any conduct that Bonjour E-Shop in its sole discretion and
believes is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to Bonjour
or a third party.
Customers should be aware that there are some product
items with limited amount in stock where each customer may only be able
to purchase one piece of each item under one single bill.
