Step 1: After placing your order in the store, register in Moneybookers system.
Step 2: Please fund your account with amount of your order +0,5 EUR or 0,34 GBP (Moneybookers charge). The most common way to fund your account is via bank transfer:
Go to: "My account" > "Upload funds" > choose "Bank Transfer" > you will receive transaction ID number and all bank details.
Now you should only send your money on mentioned account through bank transfer or through internet bank. Money should appear on your account during 1-3 days since the bank transfer has been made.
Step 3: As soon as the money is sent on your account by Moneybookers, you will be notified by e-mail:
Go to: "Send money" > choose amount of your order > send to: eshop@bonjourhk.com, typing the order number in the subject.

What should I do if I want to change ordered products? |

- Bonjour provides customers with '7-days stocks guranteed warranty' (from the date of receipt), customer can contact us within 7 days after receiving the product if he/she found problems about the products and needed to be changed.
- Customer need to apply stock change through email within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- All customers including local or overseas customers need to pay all relevant delivery costs if the products are needed to be changed.
- Gifts or premiums needed to be returned together with products when returned or changed.
- On-sale products, redemption products and gifts or premiums cannot be changed or returned.
- 7-days stock guaranteed warranty' is only applicable for internet purchase. Any purchases from Bonjour retail shops (including Hong Kong, Macau and China shops) or duty free shops are not accepted to be returned.
- All purchases from Bonjourhk.com cannot be returned or changed at any Bonjour retail stores.
- If customers do not apply for stock changes or returns within 7 days, it means the transaction deal is closed, Bonjour will not have any legal responsibilities and will not arrange any stock changes or returns afterwards.
- If customers received wrong products or quantity different from ordered, he/she can notify us through email within 7 days, our customer service representative will audit your order details. If proven to be our mistakes, we will arrange to change products ordered without any charges, any additional delivery charges or costs will be paid by us.
- We will not accept change or return of any unpacked products or used products.

Bonjour currently does not carry out franchise and sole distribution business. However, we do carry out wholesales business, depending on the number of stock available. We are not able to offer wholesales catalogue. You may refer to our website for information and fill out the attached form by stating the company name, contact person and details, brand name, product line, description and expected quantity of the required products. . You can send it through email or by fax (+852-2872-2384).
Since we do not keep a large number of stocks on hand, we need to check the number of stock available before we are able to reply to you. Most of products are offered online discounted rate (please refer to the website) except for some brand names of stable supply.
