According to  Tax Policies on Cross-Border E-Commerce Retail Imports “,  for those people who imported and purchased goods from cross-border e-commerce retail, their identity information should be certified from 8th April,2016. Therefore, identity card should be presented for checking the Chinese names when you received the packages. Even if your name on identity card is or written in Chinese, you should ensure the name used for order is same as those on your identity cards or passports for Custom Department and delivery check. If the package is lost or failed to be deliver due to identity check issue, BonjourHK.com will not bear any responsibility on it. All the results must be borne by the recipient.

Tax and duty

 All packages have been paid for tax, and customers are not required to pay taxes.

If the customer receives the courier company asks to pay the tax, please contact BonjourHK.com customer service and call 11183 to the postal complaint department complaints.

Custom & Duty

Some countries local Custom may charge related tax and duties. When you have done order checkout with us, customers are accepted to pay for all additional cost, taxation, document applications of the order. All these additional charges must be borne by the recipient. We are not responsible for any payments and legal liability. We do not know the cost it may induce, therefore customers should check with local Custom and related organizations.


If you would like to return the package due to the tax, we will charge 15% of the returning order to compensate the cost we paid in shipment. If Custom does not return the parcel, we cannot provide any refund to customer.

 

All the taxation, duties and surcharge are important and strictly implicated to the local laws of import. Therefore, we have to report the actual product value for the Custom clearance. We will not write untrue value of items for any customers.

Undesirable parcel 

Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box / Hotel address, failed delivery attempts, refuse to pay tax or parcel refused by recipient.
When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable parcel to us, we issue a refund by deducting the 15% of the value of products as handling fee.
We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers are required to bear the reshipping fee.

Incorrect address

Occasionally orders can not be dispatched due to the incorrect entry of the address region from customers. To avoid any delay of the parcel delivery, customers are required to ensure your address region at your shopping cart in purchasing before checkout. Customers who choose the incorrect address region are required to pay the shipping fee different before we dispatch the parcel. If customers reject to settle the shipping fee different or cancel the order, we will issue a refund by deducting 3% of the value of products as handling fee. Bonjour will notice customers by email once the incorrect entry of the address region from customer.

  • Bonjour provides customers with '7-days stocks guranteed warranty' (from the date of receipt), customer can contact us within 7 days after receiving the product if he/she found problems about the products and needed to be changed.
  • Customer need to apply stock change through email within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • All customers including local or overseas customers need to pay all relevant delivery costs if the products are needed to be changed.
  • Gifts or premiums needed to be returned together with products when returned or changed.
  • On-sale products, redemption products and gifts or premiums cannot be changed or returned.
  • 7-days stock guaranteed warranty' is only applicable for internet purchase.  Any purchases from Bonjour retail shops (including Hong Kong, Macau and China shops) or duty free shops are not accepted to be returned.
  • All purchases from Bonjourhk.com cannot be returned or changed at any Bonjour retail stores.
  • If customers do not apply for stock changes or returns within 7 days, it means the transaction deal is closed, Bonjour will not have any legal responsibilities and will not arrange any stock changes or returns afterwards.
  • If customers received wrong products or quantity different from ordered, he/she can notify us through email within 7 days, our customer service representative will audit your order details.  If proven to be our mistakes, we will arrange to change products ordered without any charges, any additional delivery charges or costs will be paid by us.
  • We will not accept change or return of any unpacked products or used products.

When customer filled in delivery details and chosen payment methods to confirm orders, the system will generate order codes immediately for record and payment correspondence in an email and notify customers.  The email only serves a record of receipt of your orders, it does not indicate your payment is successful or not, please note the detailed wordings in email.  Customer should receive another email to confirm your payment.

Product information and delivery information can not be changed once the order has been paid and confirmed.

Order can not be canceled once the payment has been settled successfully. If customers cancel the order before delivery, we will issue a refund by deducting 3% of the value of products as handling fee.( Except products are out of stock) If customers cancel the order after delivery, we will issue a refund by deducting 15% of the value of products as handling fee.

Most of orders would not be out of stock once it has been confirmed and paid. To avoid anydelay of product delivery, Bonjour will notice customers by email once the product is out of stock to arrange refund or change product .If customers don't reply our email within three days, Bonjour has the right to cancel the out of stock product and dispatch the rest of products to customer immediately.Bonjour will refund the remaining to customer’s account or credit card.

Bonjourhk.com does not authorize the resale of merchandise purchased through Bonjourhk.com. To ensure that we are able to serve all of our customers, we have a maximum purchase limitation per product.If customer duplicates to purchase the same item with different orders at once,Bonjourhk.com has the right to cancel the orders and refund the remaining to customer’s account or credit card.
